Where do you currently ship?
Currently, we only ship to the United States and are working on more countries! We know our global skin of color family is located all over the world, and we are hoping to reach you soon and will update as we grow
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Shipping times will vary based on your location. All orders are processed during business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays) and are expected to ship within 2-5 business days, unless otherwise indicated. If an order is placed after 12pm EST on Friday, it will ship the following week. Once shipped, you can expect your Dr Sonia MD™ products to arrive in 7-10 business days
Is there a charge for shipping?
No, shipping costs are included on all orders
What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Processing begins immediately after your order is placed; we can’t guarantee that we will be able to change your shipping address. Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and correct shipping address, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Can I have my order sent to a PO Box?
You may choose to have your order delivered to a PO box. If your PO box is too small to accommodate packages, please check with the desk to retrieve your package.
What do I do if I’m unable to locate my delivered package?
If you haven’t already, please check the area surrounding the noted delivery location.
In rare cases, packages are delivered separately from regular mail, taking up to an additional 24 hours to be delivered than noted. If it’s been greater than 24 hours since your order has been marked delivered and you haven’t located it, please let us know.

Tracking
Where can I find the status of my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email which includes tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Orders and Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover), Debit, Paypal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We cannot modify the contents of your order as processing begins immediately after an order is placed. If your order needs to be canceled, email [email protected] as soon as possible, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
I received a damaged/defective/wrong item. What should I do?

How do I check the status of my order? Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your order along. Please make sure to check your spam folder if you can’t locate the confirmation email. If your tracking page says “Invalid”, please note, the carrier can take up to 72 hours to pick up and scan the shipping label.
Subscriptions
Is Dr Sonia MD™ a Subscription only service?
You may purchase all protocols without a subscription. As a subscriber, you receive a discount of 20% of on your order. We also auto-ship on your schedule, ensuring you never run out of product.
Can I try before I subscribe?
Since the Dr Sonia MD™ Protocols are recommended based on the results of your Skin Quiz, we cannot offer samples at this time.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date. We currently do not accept exchanges. We want you to love all your products, so please reach out to [email protected] with any concerns, and our skin care concierge will be happy to assist!
How do I return my products?
To return your product, contact us at [email protected] with your order number to initiate the return process. Once your return is submitted, you will receive an email with a return label. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment. Once your return is received, our team will review and process the request within 2 business days. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect on your account based on your bank’s policy.
